We accept patients with out-of-network benefits for all other insurance plans and are currently involved in credentialing with many insurance companies to increase our services for our customers. We will perform all necessary billing as a courtesy for our patients.

If you have or are a patient that is not a member of the above plans, please inform us and we will be happy to verify benefits and eligibility.

If there is a plan with which we do not participate that would service you or your patients better, please let us know so that we may pursue the credentialing process.

We accept patients as Direct Access, meaning that patients do not require a physician's prescription to receive physical therapy, although your insurance company may require a prescription to ensure payment.
